JAMB to release 2021 UTME results June 23 — Oloyede

  The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board  (JAMB) says the result of the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will be released on June 23 . The JAMB Registrar, Professor Is-haq Oloyede, disclosed this on Wednesday during a news conference in Enugu. Oloyede said he had no reason whatsoever to withhold the results of the UTME. The result ought to be out by now, but because I am not at the headquartres and I do not want to approve it while on the field. “But as soon as I get to Abuja today all the examinations up to the one being taken today will be approved and released because we have no reason to continue to hold on to it,” he said. JAMB To Conduct 2018 UTME Mock Test Feb. 26

Fabian Benjamin, the board’s Head, Media and Information disclosed this on Sunday in an interview with reporters in Lagos. 2018 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) would hold on Feb. 26, according to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). JAMB extends 2018 UTME registration

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has extended registration for 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME. The board which announced the extension in a statement,Tuesday evening, said the registration will go on till February 11, 2018. Dr Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s Head of Media, who released the state to that effect, emphasized that the extension grace was for one week only, and advised candidates yet to register to take advantage of doing so within the extended period. “JAMB as a responsive organisation has taken the decision albeit with great hesitation to accommodate candidates who failed to register between the two months window period that ended at midnight of Tuesday, 6th February, 2018,” he said,warning that such gesture in future may involve some penalty. JAMB 2018 Forms & Registration Deadline is Here!

This is a reminder to all intending JAMB Candidates that the deadline for the purchase of forms for the 2018 UTME still remains 6th February, 2018. The portal for registration is however, expected to close on or before 10th February. At the time of this publication, no information has been released by JAMB on intensions to extend the above stated dates. If you are still expecting any institution to release 2017/2018 admission list, you are advised to at least purchase the form for the 2018 UTME, while you wait. This is totally the school's fault, not JAMB's. If you eventually gain admission, you can then forfeit writing the 2018 UTME. It's safer that way, than to lose both ways.

JAMB Deadline: 700,000 Candidates To Lose Admission Today.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has stated that over 1.6 candidates have been recommended for admission in the 2017/2018 admission year from various tertiary institutions . Of that amount, only 500,000 have accepted their admission as at the time of filling this report. The Board’s Head of Media, Dr. Fabian Benjamin who disclosed this during an interview with LEADERSHIP Friday yesterday stated that it was far beyond numbers recorded for other years. JAMB directs all institutions to end 2017 admissions by Jan. 25

                    The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Thursday directed all tertiary institutions to end their 2017 admission by January 25. The Board’s Head of Media, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in an interview with newsmen in Abuja. Benjamin said the board’s decision came after a meeting where all issues and ones bordering on the admission process were taken into consideration. He said it was resolved that the academic calendar must be adhered to.      THE 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, will take place between March 9 and 17, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has said. Emeka Anugwo, a 37 years old suspected fake JAMB official has been arrested and arraigned before a Lagos Magistrate Court for allegedly collecting the sum of N3,000 each from 70 prospective JAMB candidates to assist them to generate remita code, change their ages, courses and institutions without the consent of the examination body.
