Benue Man Appointed As DEAN Of Graduate School In New York State University Binghamton

A Benue born Nigerian man, Professor Aondover Tarhule has been made the dean of Graduate School In New York State University Binghamton. His brother Vitalis Tarhuleshared the goodnews and wrote;
