    Manchester United are preparing to bid £60 million for Tottenham midfielder Eric Dier after completing a deal for Romelu Lukaku, reports the Daily Mirror.
The England international is the Red Devils' top target after bolstering their attack and adding Victor Lindelof to their defensive unit.
